Did You Know?

The vast majority of Mainers work, and many of us spend most of our waking hours either at work or commuting to and from work. In fact, since 1970, the average American work week has grown to include (at least!) an extra month of working hours each year.

The Workplace CAN make a difference!

As a result of employers’ participation in a Maine worksite wellness program, the percentage of employees who developed healthier eating habits increased by 70%, and the percentage of employees who reported that their work setting influenced them to start a regular exercise program increased by 136%!
